Emirates International Facility Management : Perform regular safety and quality audits, evaluate results, and take appropriate action to ensure compliance. Submit results to the HOD. Follow up with project supervisors for all site works. Report findings of safety inspections to the HOD. Perform safety and quality checks. Monitor safety processes and procedures. Perform safety assessments. Prepare Health and Safety Manuals and Policies. Prepare various reports, documents, and forms. Participate in the delivery of training programs and disseminate information to the public, employees, client representatives, and tenants. Follow up on new tenders and meet with clients if required. Coordinate with all supervisors to run day-to-day operations. Handle administrative work, including processing of timesheets. Supervise the site.
